• Execution Time Estimates: Get an estimated run time for your routines before you start, saving you guess work and helping you plan better – saving time and money!
• Support for New Scanners: Now compatible with Hexagon’s AltaScan Max and MarvelScan handheld scanners, PCDMIS 2024.2 makes data collection seamless and efficient.
• Export Results in QIF Format: Easily Export your results in the standardised QIF format to keep your data consistent across teams and systems.
• Better Laser Cylinder Calculations: Improved calculations for laser-measured cylinders. Meaning more reliable results, even with sparse data sets.
• Integrated Siemens Teamcentre PLM: Manage PC-DMIS routines directly in Siemens Teamcentre, complete with version control for streamlined collaboration.
• Measure Surface Roughness with Ease: You can now measure surface roughness and include detailed reports, including vector graphic plots, alongside your dimensional data.

What is coming in 2025?

As of right now, Hexagon have yet to publicly release any information on PC-DMIS 2025.
