Level 1 – PC-DMIS
This 4-day course is a comprehensive beginner’s guide if you’re looking to kickstart your journey into the CMM industry, ensuring you grasp the essentials of operation and programming. Throughout this course we’ll explore the fundamentals of operating a CMM, including calibrating probes, understanding alignments, direct computer control (DCC) and taking manual measurements. You’ll also learn the basics of programming a CMM focusing on patterning, move points, and the basis for constructing additional features.
Level 2 PC-DMIS
This 2-day course is for those who want to move beyond the basics of PC-DMIS and step into utilising advanced features, enriching your skillset within the dynamic realm of the CMM industry. This training course will allow you to gain an insight into various CAD functions and how to best utilise read points, path lines and collision data and so much more. This course is designed for those who have already completed the Level 1 course or have other relevant experience.
Fast-track Level 1 & 2 PC-DMIS
Experience an accelerated PC-DMIS journey through our fast-track, intensive 5-day course, seamlessly integrating Level 1 and 2 course content. By introducing CAD modelling by day 3, we streamline the course duration while ensuring full coverage of both levels. The course covers the entirety of the Level 1 and Level 2 courses to allow individuals to gain a complete and comprehensive understanding of how to best utilise PC-DMIS.

Introduction to Metrology and GD&T
Alongside our CMM software training, we’re pleased to offer a comprehensive 1-day introduction to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). This course is not your typical classroom experience; it’s a hands-on journey into the heart of measurement and engineering drawings. The course allows you to discover why GD&T is the language of choice for expressing design intent and why it is far superior to traditional dimensioning methods, allowing individuals to master part variations like a pro. Join us for a day of hands-on learning that will help you enhance your engineering skillset.
Private PC-DMIS Training
We’re also happy to offer our Fastrack Level 1 & Level 2 PC-DMIS course for any motivated people that want to take the course privately!
This course is ideal for self-funded learners and is scheduled at select times throughout the year.
