Delivering excellence in everything we do is paramount to all the team at Status. We do this in several ways:

Investing in quality and the future: We’ve recently completed the refurbishment of our offices and purpose built measurement and training centre. We have also acquired new, extensive workshops and only provide state-of-the-art PC-DMIS powered CMM’s and Absolute Arms for measurement and training alike.

The best tools for the job: every single one of our Status engineers undergo extensive training through our partner, Hexagon.

Approvals and accreditations: We’re ‘Safe Contractor’ approved and fully accredited to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017, ISO10360/2 for CMM calibration and Part Measurement.

We are innovative

We believe innovation is critical to ensuring the continuing success of our business. How are we innovative at Status?

  • Driven by the desire to do the job better, we have developed our own interfaces, counter cards and electronic interpolators to help us deliver better CMM solutions to our customers.
  • We offer a Universal Interface with PC-DMIS. This provides our customers with peace of mind as the majority want all the benefits of PC-DMIS but simply can’t write off an entire back catalogue of parts programs created in a different software.
  • Back in 2018, we were the first in the world to retrofit a CMM with Hexagon’s Laser Scanning Sensor.
  • Status are able to calibrate any of the major OEM’s CMM’s. Many claim to offer this service but few can actually access and adjust an error map to improve the accuracy of a CMM.
